I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Bocconi University and a research affiliate at BREAD, J-PAL, CEPR, IGC, LEAP, IGIER and GPRL. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics. 

My research interests lie at the intersection between development and personnel economics. I work on issues related to the selection, recruitment and motivation of workers both in private and public organizations.
