I am an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Visiting Associate Professor of Economics at Bocconi University.

I am affiliated with the Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy, the Women in Public Policy Program, and the Center for International Development. I am working on topics related to inequality and education, with a focus on gender and immigration. I am also a Faculty Research Fellow of the NBER, Faculty Affiliate of J-PAL, LEAP- Bocconi, IGIER-Bocconi and a Research Affiliate of IZA, CESifo, and CEPR.
